A team of Fox Rothschild LLP real estate attorneys led by Donald P. Dufresne, John R. Herin Jr. and Eric C. Bielefeldt represented Hartz of Palm, LLC, an affiliate of New Jersey-based Hartz Mountain Industries, Inc., in its $63.3 million acquisition of an 81-acre tract in the Palm Beach Park of Commerce that is currently being developed for use as an auto salvage auction site.
The acquisition marks Hartz’ first foray into the Florida market.
The property is situated in a light industrial park that is also home to a 1-million-square-foot Amazon fulfillment center.
The seller, IAA Palm Beach Developers, was represented by Clifford I. Hertz and Stacey Halpern of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP.
