Biography
A member of the firm's Litigation Department, John helps businesses resolve a broad range of commercial disputes and mitigate their liability risk.
He has significant experience with insurance defense, product liability, construction defect and landlord/tenant litigation.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, John was an associate at law firms in Dallas and New Orleans. He is a former law clerk for the Honorable Kathleen Kay of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
While earning his law degree, John was a staff member and editor-in-chief of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal, and also participated in the Loyola Moot Court Program. John earned the Law Excellence Award for holding the highest grade in his Admiralty II and Torts II classes.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
From 2017 to 2021, John appeared as a panelist at the Louisiana State Bar Association Admiralty Symposium.
