Johnna focuses her practice on entertainment law, representing artists, producers, songwriters, managers and entertainment companies in music and film transactions.

She drafts and negotiates recording, distribution, co-publishing, administration, management and brand endorsement agreements, and handles full album clearances, including producer, songwriter, side artist and work-for-hire deals.

Johnna also manages sync licensing in connection with film projects and supports seller-side catalog sale diligence and asset purchase agreements. Her experience extends to advising on branded content, live activations, sweepstakes and marketing campaigns involving intellectual property, talent, and advertising and regulatory compliance matters. Before turning to entertainment law, Johnna built a foundation in complex financial transactions, bringing a well-rounded, deal-oriented perspective to her work in the music and media industries.
