North Carolina Lawyers Weekly Selects Jonathan Heyl to Commercial and Consumer Litigation Power List
For the second consecutive year, North Carolina Lawyers Weekly has selected Fox Rothschild’s Jonathan Heyl to its Commercial and Consumer Litigation Power List.
A partner in the Charlotte office and member of the Litigation Department, Heyl helps commercial clients across a wide range of industries resolve disputes. He has represented multiple large and mid-market corporate, banking, professional and insurance clients. His practice includes a range of matters involving antitrust litigation and counseling; contract, vendor, manufacturer-dealer, shareholder and other commercial disputes; financial services litigation; fiduciary litigation relating to trust administration; and matters relating to the sports industry.
Heyl, a past president of the North Carolina Bar Association, told North Carolina Lawyers Weekly that he was “fortunate that opportunities to work on large commercial litigation early in his career gave him invaluable exposure and experience to help him be successful as a young attorney.”
