Fox Rothschild congratulates Joshua Edwards, who was recognized by the Northeast Black Law Students Association as part of their Most Influential Black Attorneys Awards program.

A former talent agent and talent manager, Edwards is currently a Partner in the Entertainment and Sports Department focusing on film and television transactions. Edwards has significant experience at the negotiation table, complemented by a macro-level understanding of the film and television industry and in-depth knowledge of the deal terms available to above-the-line talent, producers and production companies. He provides strategic guidance on a wide range of film, television and production agreements for above-the-line talent, independent producers and production companies This multifaceted experience enables highly effective negotiations and sophisticated dealmaking.
