Fox Rothschild’s Cannabis Law Practice Recognized by The Legal 500

At the forefront of serving clients in the cannabis industry, Fox Rothschild is pleased to announce its nationwide Cannabis Law Group has been ranked as a leading practice by The Legal 500 – 2023 United States Edition. Partner Joshua Ashby has also been listed as a Leading Lawyer in the industry for his work in corporate cannabis matters.

This highly selective guide has assessed the strengths of law firms in over 150 jurisdictions globally for 33 years and highlights “the practice area teams who are providing the most cutting-edge and innovative advice to corporate counsel.”

With more than 80 attorneys across the country, Fox Rothschild’s Cannabis Law team is noted in the guide for its ability to assist “cannabis investors, growers, distributors and processors on financial, IP, employment and litigation matters” and advise “cannabis businesses on tax provisions at the state and federal level.”
