Joshua joined us from the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division, where he was an assistant law clerk to the Honorable Melissa A. Crane. He previously practiced as an associate in the New York office of a business and litigation firm, where he worked on a variety of professional liability litigation matters.

While attending law school, Joshua completed a summer fellowship in the Appeals Division of the New York County District Attorney's Office. He also interned with the Honorable Lisa Margaret Smith of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. At law school, Joshua was executive notes and articles editor of a volume of the Fordham International Law Journal. He also competed in Moot Court and was an associate editor of the Fordham Moot Court Board, where he assisted with Fordham’s annual securities law competition.
