Biography

Katelyn, a litigator, assists clients in resolving a broad range of commercial disputes. She advises clients on strategy at all stages of the litigation process, from inception through resolution.

In addition to her state and federal court practice, Katelyn has significant experience representing clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

She also provides clients with risk assessments related to securities and derivative actions, employment disputes and governmental investigations.

Katelyn advises insurance companies on complex coverage and contract issues. In addition, she counsels insurers in connection with first‐party claims involving cyber‐related incidents, including ransomware matters.

Before Fox Rothschild

Katelyn joined us after clerking for the Honorable Susan Prose of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Before that, she was an insurance litigation associate at a Washington, DC law firm where she previously worked as a summer law clerk.

While earning her law degree, Katelyn held a leadership position with the Student Bar Association and was vice president of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Board. She also worked as the notes editor of The George Washington Law Review and completed a legal internship with the American Bar Association's Death Penalty Representation Project.

Before attending law school, Katelyn was a case assistant for an international law firm in Washington, DC.
