Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining us, Keiko gained transactional and regulatory experience through the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School IP and Entrepreneurship clinics, where she advised early-stage companies on intellectual property and business formation matters. She also was a Due Diligence Fellow for the Keiretsu Forum Mid-Atlantic, a group of investors, business leaders, venture capitalists, corporate/institutional investors and serial entrepreneurs. Keiko gained additional experience as a Summer Associate for the Recovery Centers of America and as a legal intern at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

While in law school, Keiko was Executive Editor of the Journal of Business Law, Professional Development Director for the Health Law and Policy Project, and the First-Generation Professionals 1L Equity & Inclusion Representative.

Prior to law school, Keiko founded and led a multi-clinician, multi-state mental health practice, where she oversaw operations, regulatory compliance, clinical supervision and business growth. Her experience as a health care founder informs her practical, business-minded approach to advising clients.
