Laura presented on “Mergers and Acquisitions” and Dan presented “How To Deal With Employees Who Game The System” a multi-faceted employment action guide for employers  After the presentations, Dan and Laura participated in panel discussions with several industry experts on related matters.  In addition, Dan manned a table at the symposium where he talked with attendees about how Fox Rothschild can help them further their business objectives.
