Named to the list for the second consecutive year, Stanziale is featured for her outstanding professional achievements and involvement with industry and community organizations.

A member of Fox Rothschild's Real Estate and Construction Practice Groups, Stanziale advises clients throughout the project lifecycle, mitigates risks and protects and defends their interests in disputes involving construction defects, payment claims, liens and other issues. An active speaker, published author and CLE instructor, Stanziale has taught the popular CLE program "Welcome to the Neighborhood” for the National Law Institute for the past decade. She is also an active member of the New York Chapter of CREW Network, an organization dedicated to the advancement of professional women in commercial real estate through networking, education and leadership development.
