The New Jersey Supreme Court has adopted a series of amendments to the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, effective September 1st. Some of the changes simply revise existing rules. Other changes are substantive. In order to be an effective advocate for your client, it is imperative that you are aware of the amended rules, and understand how to apply them in the cases you handle.
