Fox Rothschild congratulates M. Kevin McCarrell, who was selected to the 2026 class of Leadership Charleston, a 10-month program that cultivates “leaders who drive meaningful change” in Charleston. This marks the program’s 53rd year.

McCarrell joins 70 professionals from across the Charleston region who will spend the next year learning from regional experts about government, infrastructure, economic development, workforce, military and more. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of Charleston’s challenges and opportunities while building lasting connections with a diverse network of leaders.

A Partner in the firm’s Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy group, McCarrell represents clients in bankruptcy, commercial and real estate litigation with an emphasis on creditors’ rights, construction and landlord-tenant matters. He is certified by the Supreme Court of South Carolina as a Specialist in Bankruptcy and Debtor-Creditor Law.

McCarrell completed the Leadership Greenville program as part of the class of 2016. Now residing in Mount Pleasant, he is an active member of the Charleston County community.
