Fox Rothschild is pleased to announce a change to its senior Firm management team effective April 1, 2026.

  • Todd A. Rodriguez has been re-elected to serve as Firmwide Managing Partner for a new three-year term.
  • Michael G. Menkowitz and Mark L. Morris have been elected to serve as Firm Co-Chairs for a three-year term.

“We congratulate Michael on his elevation to Firm Co-Chair,” said Morris, current Chair of the Firm. “Highly respected inside the Firm and in the legal community, he has a forward-thinking leadership style that will drive results as we continue to grow the Firm and solve problems for our clients.”

“Michael began his career at Fox. He has been an exceptional advocate for the Firm and its clients,” noted Rodriguez. “The Firm will benefit greatly from his business mindset, communicative leadership style and unwavering commitment to excellence.”

As Firmwide Managing Partner, Rodriguez will continue to oversee management of the day‑to‑day operations of Fox’s administrative departments, practice group leaders, department chairs and Office Managing Partners.

Menkowitz and Morris will jointly oversee all aspects of Firm operations, working closely with senior leadership, business professionals and Office Managing Partners to strategically advance the Firm’s legal, administrative and organizational objectives.

Menkowitz has held numerous leadership roles at the Firm. He has chaired the Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Department, co-chaired the Automotive Practice and served as Philadelphia Office Managing Partner. He has been a member of the Executive Committee and currently sits on the Conflicts Committee.

Menkowitz is known in the legal community as a leader and an innovator — the driving force behind numerous, complex, high-profile bankruptcy cases. He has been ranked by Chambers & Partners among the leading bankruptcy and restructuring attorneys in Pennsylvania for the past 16 years.

Among their contributions to the Firm’s growth and strategic direction, Morris and Rodriguez led the opening of Fox’s Sarasota office, created the new role of Chief Growth Strategist, which is held by Dianna G. El Hioum, and welcomed Julie Paul as the Firm’s Chief Human Resources Officer and Amit Amin as its Chief Financial Officer.

They also oversaw the launch of Generation Fox, an initiative that has focused the firm’s community service efforts on empowering youth. To date, the Firm has donated $1 million, more than 5,000 items and 800+ service hours to more than 225 organizations that support youth from coast to coast.

In 2023, the duo also unveiled the results of a year-long branding initiative that culminated in the launch of a refreshed Firm brand that included a new mission statement, a set of core values, a new logo and an update of the Firm’s public look and feel.

This is Morris’ second term as Firm Chair. He previously served six years as Firmwide Managing Partner, leading numerous high‑profile lateral acquisitions and office openings.
