Fox Rothschild congratulates Marshall Horsman III, who was selected to participate in the Mecklenburg County Bar Association’s 2025 Bar Leadership Institute (BLI).

Chosen as one of 20 participants, Horsman joins a cohort of attorneys who are committed to public service and professional engagement.

The BLI program identifies and develops leaders for the Mecklenburg Bar Association and Foundation. The program provides participating attorneys, who have been practicing for at least three years, the opportunity to develop leadership skills, learn of leadership opportunities within the bar and greater Charlotte community, consider pressing issues with peers and presenters of the highest caliber, and develop a spirit of lasting collegiality with their fellow participants.

Horsman, an associate in the Charlotte office, counsels clients on a full range of commercial real estate transactional matters, including purchases, sales, title defects, easements, financing, development and leasing. He also handles residential real estate, landlord-tenant matters, land title issues, business and corporate matters, and transactional commercial construction matters.
