Biography
Michael represents clients in a broad range of commercial disputes in court and in arbitration.
He also reviews contracts and leases to help clients mitigate litigation risk.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining us, Michael was an associate at a Delaware law firm where he had worked as a summer associate.
In law school, Michael served as executive editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law School's Journal of Business Law. He also completed a judicial internship in the Office of the Honorable Mary Jacobson, Assignment Judge and Chief Administrative Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
