This session will guide attendees through the confusing world of development/redevelopment acronyms – LIHTC, PBV, PBRA, RAD, CNIG.  It will dive into the numerous funding sources available to develop or revitalize affordable housing with a focus on low-income tax credits and RAD, Historic Tax Credits, utilizing affiliates and/or instrumentalities.
