Michael represents clients in a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including property acquisitions and sales, financing, and lease negotiations.

As a member of the firm’s Land Banking Team, Michael handles due diligence, title and survey review, and transactional support for private equity clients investing in the development of raw land into finished residential lots across the country.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Michael worked as an associate at a global law firm. While earning his law degree, Michael interned in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota.
