Discussion on Subchapter V Issues from Various Perspectives
The Lawyers Advisory Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey, is pleased to host a free seminar on Monday, October 28, 2024, discussing issues in Subchapter V from different perspectives, including from the United States Trustee, Subchapter V trustees, government agencies and creditors. The goal of the seminar is to provide an overview of the Subchapter V process and provide practitioners with insight on what to expect and issues that may arise.
The seminar will be presented virtually only and will run from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. (please note, a prior email for this panel advised that it would also be in-person, but due to a logistical change, it will now be presented only virtually).
