Fox Rothschild congratulates Partner Michael R. Herz, who was appointed to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of New Jersey’s Chapter 11 Rules Committee.

In this role, Herz will “review and recommend changes to the existing Procedures and Rules for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Cases.”

Herz is a member of Fox Rothschild’s Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Department where he centers his practice on complex bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
