Partner Michelle DeLappe presents on the topic of "Litigation Tips and Traps: Current Evidentiary and Strategic Considerations" at the ABA/IPT Advanced Property Tax Seminar.

This will be a deep dive into evidentiary and strategic techniques under USPAP and court rules. DeLappe and her fellow panel members will discuss the Retrospective Valuation Rule under USPAP (Advisory Opinion 34) and the use of post-valuation date evidence; the development and reporting of Review Appraisals under USPAP Standards 3 and 4; and the evidentiary foundation of expert testimony.
