Fox Rothschild welcomes Alex L. Khalarian to the Boston office as a partner in the Corporate Department.

Khalarian advises businesses on a full range of transactions, agreements and governance issues. With a focus on mergers and acquisitions, including stock and asset purchases and dispositions, he advises public and private companies across multiple industries — particularly the FinTech, technology, health care, insurance, consumer and industrial sectors — on business transactions and a wide variety of general corporate matters including contract negotiations and corporate governance issues.

Khalarian earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his B.S.B.A from Northeastern University.

Prior to joining Fox, Khalarian was a partner at Withers Bergman LLP.
