Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Sean P. Coyle, who was named a 2022 Attorney of the Year finalist by the Daily Business Review.

The DBR noted that Coyle has been at the forefront of some of the nation’s largest acquisitions, including serving as U.S. counsel to Trulieve Cannabis Corp. in its $2.1 billion acquisition of Harvest Health & Recreation, a deal that created the most profitable multistate cannabis operator in the nation.

A partner in the firm's West Palm Beach office, Coyle’s practice centers on advising cannabis operators, professional sports franchises, software companies and a variety of emerging and multinational businesses on corporate transactions and agreements. He also advises investors and industry participants on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and general corporate agreements.

The Attorney of the Year winner will be announced during the DBR's annual award ceremony on May 19 at the Rusty Pelican in Miami.
