Fox Rothschild LLP is proud to announce the firm has received the Minority Corporate Counsel Association’s Approved 2023 Bronze Seal for its diversity, equity and inclusion strategy.

The MCCA Approved accreditation program evaluates law firms on their framework for a “sustainable diversity, equity and inclusion strategy” and is based on finding “actionable solutions for law firms” while “identifying systemic challenges in recruiting, retaining and promoting diverse attorneys, which are critical to sustainability and have a notable positive impact.”

Attaining accreditation is based on MCCA’s three pillars of governance: leadership accountability, business processes and practices, and human capital diversity metrics. Participating firms must also complete MCCA’s Law Firm Diversity Survey and Corporate Demographic Survey.
