Fox Rothschild welcomes Jared E. Ripp to the New York office as counsel in the Health Law Practice.

A seasoned healthcare attorney with more than 10 years of in-house industry experience, Ripp advises clients on complex contractual, regulatory, and transactional matters across the healthcare sector. He provides strategic, business-focused counsel to managed care organizations and providers on a broad range of contractual matters, including managed care and payer agreements, value-based arrangements, affiliations, and service contracts. He also advises clients on compliance with state and federal healthcare laws and regulations, including fraud, waste, and abuse requirements, and assists with government inquiries, investigations, and audits.

In addition, Ripp counsels healthcare entities on major transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, entity and practice formation, and the structuring of inter-entity relationships and related agreements.

Prior to joining Fox, Ripp served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for VNS Health, the nation’s largest nonprofit home- and community-based healthcare organization, where he advised Medicare and Medicaid plans and long-term care and post-acute providers.

Ripp earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and B.A. from Colgate University.
