Fox Rothschild congratulates Heidy Vaquerano who was selected by the Imagen Foundation to its list of voices who are “shaping storytelling, influencing culture and expanding opportunity both on screen and behind the scenes.” This is the fifth consecutive year that Vaquerano has made the coveted list.

Part of the Imagen Foundation’s 2026 Influential Latinos in Media and Entertainment program, the award honors “an accomplished group of film, television, streaming and music executives, creative storytellers, next generation educators and community advocates driving impact across the industry.”

Co-Chair of the firm’s nationwide Entertainment & Sports Law Department, Vaquerano represents musicians, producers, actors, writers, production companies, record labels, tech startups, private-equity funds and other entertainment industry players.

Vaquerano has represented HarbourView Equity Partners – a global investment firm with more than $1 billion of investable capital – since its founding in 2021. She led HarbourView’s headline-making deals featured by Billboard, including acquisitions of the $uicideboy$ catalog, a stake in Kelly Clarkson’s catalog, and rights tied to Slipknot’s songs and master recording royalties.

She has shaped diverse film content through her representation of Margaret Cho, for whom she negotiated contracts for the films “Run Amok,” “Better Life” and “Thoughts and Prayers.” She also assisted a Latino filmmaker with the distribution deal for his feature film, “Flux,” on behalf of Rum Dog Productions.

Vaquerano is on the board of PBS SoCal, a nonprofit that aims to enrich Southern California by connecting communities through public media. She is involved in its Content and Distribution Committee, Strategic Planning Group, and Nomination and Government Committee. Through the Content and Distribution Committee, Vaquerano pushes for more diverse content, particularly for and about Latinos.
