Neale Johnson Elected to American College of Construction Lawyers
Fox Rothschild congratulates Neale T. Johnson on his election as a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers (ACCL).
ACCL fellowship is highly selective and extended by invitation only to practitioners, professors and judges who have mastered the practice of construction law and dispute resolution in the legal fields pertaining to the built environment. Fellows include those who have shown “the highest standards of ethical conduct, scholarship, professionalism and collegiality, and who have demonstrated a commitment to give back to the construction industry.”
Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department, Johnson empowers construction industry stakeholders to solve tough legal problems. He applies more than 25 years of experience with construction dispute resolution to negotiate contracts that reduce the likelihood of disputes by allocating risks before project commencement. Johnson is also well versed in collaborative practice and mediation. He is certified as a Superior Court Mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission and listed as a mediator and arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association’s construction industry and commercial arbitration panels.
Johnson is ranked as a leading construction lawyer in North Carolina by Chambers USA. In the guide, clients refer to him as “one of the best mediators in the country” and as “the most capable construction counsel available in the industry.”
