Fox Rothschild congratulates Julius J. Suarez for his selection to NJBIZ’s Forty Under 40 list, which honors “professionals under the age of 40 who are not only building strong communities but also setting the pace for the state’s economic future.”

Suarez, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, advises clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing. Suarez represents purchasers and sellers in deals involving office buildings, industrial complexes, shopping centers and warehouses, and assists clients with securing construction loans, ancillary financing and joint venture structures for commercial real estate investments. He has handled hundreds of millions of dollars in recent transactions involving industrial, retail, mixed-use and multifamily projects.

His recent deals include a $29 million acquisition and $60 million financing for a Texas industrial park; a $64 million acquisition of a fully leased California retail center; more than $65 million in financing for a New York mixed-use development; nearly $72 million in financing for a New Jersey multifamily project; and $130 million in construction loans. He also guided the redevelopment of a 116-acre corporate campus and structured programmatic joint ventures for nationwide acquisitions.
