Fox Rothschild welcomes Yufei (Fei) Li to the Seattle office as counsel in the Taxation & Wealth Planning Department.

Li counsels individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning and wealth preservation, with a particular focus on cross-border planning. She is certified as a specialist in estate planning, probate and trust law by the State Bar of California.

Li focuses her practice on entrepreneurs, executives, business owners, expatriate families, and individuals and families with ties to Washington State and California. As a former expat living in China, Li draws on her experience to help understand the needs and experiences of her clients with international backgrounds.

Li has been selected as a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow for 2025.

Li earned her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco and her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
