This first-of-its-kind report from The BTI Consulting Group is based on a large-scale independent survey that evaluated more than 4,000 responses from associates at Am Law 200 firms, global, mid-size, and smaller law firms to uncover those firms where women feel the most supported.
Fox has long been committed to the advancement and retention of women attorneys at all levels and offers an array of resources and programs for career progression, mentoring, training, marketing, networking and work/life integration.
Women at Fox Rothschild sit on the firm’s Executive Committee, serve as department chairs, practice group leaders and office managing partners, and lead firmwide committees. Many of those in these leadership roles, along with countless others throughout Fox’s national network of offices, invest deeply in their mentoring relationships with women associates, fostering an environment that helps build momentum and success.
The firm’s Women’s Initiative also offers several committees dedicated to advancing women’s interests at Fox and beyond, including the Associate Steering Subcommittee, which provides support and guidance to women associates as they assess opportunities for professional growth at every stage of their careers. In 2022, 15 of the 22 attorneys elevated to partners at the firm were women.
