Noor assists the firm’s General Counsel in providing risk management advice to Fox Rothschild's nationwide network of offices.

As Associate General Counsel, she applies the Rules of Professional Conduct and other relevant law to identify and resolve conflicts of interest.

Noor served as firm conflicts counsel for seven years before being elevated to her current position.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Noor represented indigent defendants in criminal defense matters as an Assistant Defender with the Defender Association of Philadelphia.
