Fox Rothschild congratulates Stephen H. Kalis, who was named to the Henderson Real Estate Institute Advisory Board at Drexel University.

The Wilbur C. Henderson Real Estate Institute in the Bennett S. LeBow College of Business, is dedicated to delivering world-class research, scholarship and innovation. The department provides the real estate industry and community leaders with comprehensive, solution-oriented services and infrastructure to support research, application and translation of discoveries to maximize impact and ROI.

The Advisory Board consists of qualified real estate professionals who represent a variety of backgrounds and capabilities. Their experience guides the Institute in its core mission — delivering a world-class academic experience built around hands-on practitioner learning that is instantly translatable to the real world.

Kalis oversees the Real Estate Department in the firm’s Exton, PA office. He focuses his practice primarily in the areas of transactional real estate, zoning and land use, municipal law, construction and general corporate/business law.
