Rebecca joined us after serving as a summer associate at the firm during her 1L and 2L years.

While in law school, Rebecca completed a judicial externship at the Delaware Court of Chancery. Additionally, Rebecca served as the Managing Editor of the Washington and Lee Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice and was an active member in the Women in Law Organization.

Prior to law school, Rebecca was a legal intern in the Legal Development Department of a national real estate investment trust, investing in shopping malls, outlet centers, and community/lifestyle centers. Rebecca assisted with a myriad of complex commercial real estate transactions and conducted a portfolio-wide analysis of lease provisions in connection with EV charging installation.
