Biography

Reid focuses his practice on real estate, assisting clients with a variety of complex commercial transactions.

He regularly handles acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development and leasing of various asset classes, including retail, office, industrial, health care and raw land. He guides clients through all stages of the process, from initial due diligence through closing.

Earlier in his career, Reid spent several years representing electric and water utilities before the Public Utility Commission of Texas, and counseling municipalities, special districts and landowners on a range of utility-related infrastructure and development issues. He frequently draws on these experiences when analyzing real estate projects, helping him identify critical needs and shape effective solutions.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining us, Reid practiced in the Dallas office of a national law firm. He also worked as an associate on the real estate team of a well-respected Texas firm, where he developed a strong foundation for the practice area.
