Biography
Rex has spent over a decade and a half representing a wide variety of businesses, including national banks, mortgage servicers, developers, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, automakers and professionals in state and federal court.
He has defended and prosecuted claims involving contracts, torts, state and federal statutes and has tried nearly 50 cases to verdict.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Rex was a member of the Consumer Financial Services Group at a national law firm. He also completed a clerkship in the Eighth Judicial District Court, handling a heavy civil docket and working closely with judges and other court staff.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Rex co-authored the revised “Trial Practice” chapter in the 2016 edition of the Nevada Civil Trial Practice Manual.
