Although Dispute Review Boards began in the U.S., they have begun to spread into other countries, and SCL members should benefit from experience on when and how such Boards may be established to mitigate construction disputes. This panel offers empirical data and perspectives on use of Dispute Review Boards in the U.S. and internationally.
