Biography

Roy represents debt and equity investors, public and private companies and founders in connection with corporate transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity financings, joint ventures and private equity and venture capital investments. He also advises clients in connection with governance matters, contractual arrangements and regulatory matters.

Roy has extensive experience handling transactions in the health care industry. He works with investors in, and operators of, physician and dental practices, management services organizations, surgery centers, value-based care providers, physical therapy providers and telehealth companies.
