Fox Rothschild Auto Team Reps Mastrovito Auto Group in Acquisition of Yorkville Chevy Dealership
Seth L. Dobbs, Co-Chair of Fox Rothschild’s National Automotive practice, represented Mastrovito Auto Group in its acquisition of Yorkville Chevy Dealership in New York.
The addition brings the Chevy brand alongside Mastrovito’s existing Hyundai franchise, offering increased product diversity, including third-row vehicles and pickup trucks.
In an interview with Channel 2, NY, owner Frank Mastrovito said this acquisition was a “dream come true.”
“I’m pleased to be a part of Frank Mastrovito’s continued expansion in the Yorkville/Utica market,” said Dobbs. “We look forward to seeing their continued success.”
Deal terms were not disclosed.
