Fox Rothschild congratulates Stephanie G. Flynn, who was recognized by South Carolina Lawyers Weekly among a list of 32 legal professionals who are “making a difference in the profession and their communities.”

The award is part of the publication’s Influential Women of the Law series.

Reflecting on her proudest career achievement, Flynn shared with South Carolina Lawyers Weekly that she’s “built a name for myself over the past 25 years. Clients now know my work and seek me out, which is incredibly rewarding.”

Flynn, Co-Chair of the firm’s Product Liability and Mass Torts Group, is a litigator who focuses primarily in the areas of product liability, toxic and mass torts, personal injury and transportation litigation in both federal and state courts. She also has a strong motions and appellate practice, having argued cases before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the South Carolina Supreme Court.

When asked about the practice of law today, she said it is “fast paced and more demanding than ever … managing the constant flow of communication, while striving to maintain quality legal precision and offer strategic insight, takes real discipline.”

Flynn is also committed to the Greenville community. She has long been an active volunteer in many capacities for the United Way of Greenville County, including as a member of its Young Philanthropist Council, of which she is a past chair. She has also served as a judge for the Carol N. Ney National Mock Trial Tournament at Furman University and for the South Carolina Bar’s State High School Mock Trial Competition.
