Biography
Tarah guides clients through a broad range of real estate transactions, including land use, zoning and entitlements, acquisitions and dispositions, infill development and master planned community development. Tarah also represents homebuilders in the acquisition and development of homes within master planned communities.
She helps businesses and investors negotiate contracts and secure public and private financing and approvals required to fund and complete real estate projects. Her experience includes:
- Retail shopping centers.
- Undeveloped land.
- Industrial, commercial and multifamily development.
- Ranching.
- Ski resorts.
- Hotels.
- Mixed-use development.

Before Fox Rothschild
Tarah joined us from a national law firm. She is a former appellate law clerk to the Honorable Michael D. Wilson of the Supreme Court of Hawaii. Tarah also clerked for a real estate-focused law firm.
After earning her law degree, Tarah was a graduate fellow with the Getches-Wilkinson Center for Natural Resources, Energy and the Environment. During law school, she clerked for the Native American Rights Fund and interned with the Colorado Court of Appeals. Tarah also wrote for The Colorado Natural Resources, Energy & Environmental Law Review and was a member of the Native American Law Students Association. She held leadership roles as the Vice President of the Class of 2018 and 3L Representative to the Student Bar Association.
