2021 FAS Focus: Trust & Estate Litigation

The 2021 FAS will focus on trust and estate litigation, including the ins and outs of court trials.

Our T&E Trials 101 Boot Camp will break down the process from start to finish, including tips and techniques for attorneys advocating for their clients and fiduciaries who find themselves on the witness stand defending an accounting, their fees or the decedent’s pre-mortem capacity.

ll attendees will benefit from sessions on resolving intra-family disputes, working through mediation, handling depositions and preparing for expert testimony, including cross-examination of experts.
