Fox Rothschild congratulates Brian Bernhardt, who was selected to the 2026 class of Leadership Greensboro, a 9-month program developed by the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce that creates individual and group catalysts for positive change in the Greater Greensboro area.

Bernhardt is among 45 leaders from a variety of industries participating in the program, which supports the Greensboro area by encouraging participants to develop, maintain, and grow their civic engagement. Over the course of the program, the group will gain a comprehensive understanding of key issues affecting the community while developing the necessary skills to make a positive impact.

A Partner in the firm’s Taxation & Wealth Planning Department, Bernhardt is a seasoned trial attorney who defends clients in federal tax controversies and argues precedent-setting appeals in the state courts of North Carolina. Beyond the courtroom, he often serves as outside general counsel to charities and other tax-exempt and nonprofit organizations, advising them on a variety of governance and tax matters.
