Biography
Tessy has 20 years of experience counseling entrepreneurs, investors, borrowers and lenders in a full range of commercial lending and venture debt transactions, providing targeted guidance regarding financing and investment strategies, and rendering legal advice on business issues.
She counsels clients in a broad array of industries, including technology, health care, software, business and financial services, manufacturing, transportation and consumer products, and provides advice on a wide range of corporate transactions and related matters including:
- Secured and unsecured commercial lending transactions including letters of credit, revolving lines of credit, accounts receivable lines of credit, equipment financing transactions, aircraft financing transactions and other privately negotiated debt transactions

Before Fox Rothschild
Tessy was a partner in Greene Radovsky Maloney Share & Hennigh LLP, which combined with Fox Rothschild in 2021. Tessy’s commitment to helping her clients achieve their business objectives stems from her firsthand understanding of the interconnectedness between law and business. Tessy has a B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and worked at McKinsey & Company while she was a student at Yale Law School.

Tessy is passionate about education. She is a member of the Yale Alumni Schools Committee and serves on the Board of Directors of Pacific Collegiate School, a nationally recognized, California college preparatory public charter school.
