Biography

Tom had decades of experience facilitating major transactions for clients across all segments of the real estate industry.

His representations included buyers and sellers of commercial and industrial properties, landlords and tenants in office and industrial leases, and borrowers and lenders in real estate finance transactions.

Tom also served as a strategic ally to publicly-traded real estate investment trusts and their advisory companies. He had particular experience assisting buyers and sellers in major multi-property and multi-state portfolio transactions, as well in structuring and closing complex tax-deferred real property exchanges and sale/leaseback transactions.

Before Fox Rothschild

Tom was a partner in Greene Radovsky Maloney Share & Hennigh LLP, which merged with Fox Rothschild in 2021.

Prior to practicing law, Tom served for five years on the faculty of the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
