Biography
Timberly advises clients on a full range of real estate transactions, including sales, purchases and leases.
She also guides owners and developers through the municipal land use and zoning process, helping them secure the approvals needed to complete their building projects.
Before Fox Rothschild
Before joining us, Timberly worked as a student attorney at the Elon Humanitarian Immigration Law Clinic. She was also a summer and fall associate here at the firm.
In law school, Timberly was a research assistant and worked as a resident-in-practice for the Honorable Albert Diaz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. She also interned with the U.S. Bankruptcy Administrators Office for the Middle District of North Carolina and was treasurer of the Student Bar Association.
