Biography

William focuses his taxation and wealth planning practice in cross-border tax consulting for private equity, venture capital and hedge funds. He also handles matters involving income tax planning, general partnership and corporate tax planning, and wealth management and international tax planning with respect to high-net-worth individuals.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, William worked in the international tax division of a global consulting and accounting firm. He previously assisted with research and writing for an upcoming book by a Fox Rothschild partner. 

William was an extern with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in Florida and clerked for a Miami business law firm. Before attending law school, he was a paralegal at a Texas firm.
