Biography
Yudiana represents clients throughout commercial disputes, from initiation through trial and appeal. She also provides advice on strategies to mitigate litigation.
She has experience representing clients in a variety of employment, contract, real estate and commercial disputes.
Before Fox Rothschild
Yudiana joined us from a boutique New Jersey law firm that served as in-house counsel for developers. She previously clerked for the Honorable Linda L. Cavanaugh of the Essex County Superior Court of New Jersey.
While earning her law degree, Yudiana was a law clerk at a midsized firm. She also held legal fellowships for a global health care company and a global soft drink company. Yudiana competed in multiple moot court competitions and participated in the Seton Hall School of Law's Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic.
