Before Fox Rothschild

Will was a summer associate at Fox Rothschild. Before joining the firm, he was an extern for U.S. District Judge Michael A. Shipp of the District of New Jersey. He also interned for Judge Marie E. Lihotz of the New Jersey Superior Court's Appellate Division and for a law firm in Haddonfield, New Jersey.

Before attending law school, Will was a therapeutic support staff member for a charity assisting children with behavioral and mental health needs.

While at Rutgers School of Law, Camden, Will participated in the school's pro bono voting rights and domestic violence projects.
