Abby helps businesses and nonprofits resolve a broad range of commercial disputes and proactively reduce legal risks.

She has experience representing businesses in litigation involving contract disputes, municipal law, premises liability, transportation law and landlord-tenant matters. Abby's clients have included major financial institutions, private and public lenders and small businesses. She has also represented individuals facing regulatory and criminal investigations.

Before Fox Rothschild

Abby joined us from a boutique Texas law firm. She previously practiced at a Dallas firm.

While earning her law degree, Abby practiced at her school's family law clinic and clerked at a boutique financial law firm. She also worked in the in-house legal department for Toyota and completed an externship with the Honorable Denisse Garcia, now of the 5th Court of Appeals of Texas (Dallas).

Abby served as secretary of her law school's Asian-Pacific Association of Law Students chapter and was a member of the Association for Public Interest Law. Additionally, she won an on-campus mock trial competition.

Prior to attending law school, Abigael was a financial services analyst for a multinational financial services corporation.
