Fox Rothschild Announces 2025 Leadership Transitions

Fox Rothschild has appointed new leaders for several of its offices, departments and practice groups, effective April 1. (Newly appointed leaders in bold):

Office Managing Partners:

  • Dallas – Robert J. Palmer
  • Miami – Thomas Oppenheimer
  • Warrington – M. Joel Bolstein
  • Wilmington – Sharon Oras Morgan

Department Chairs:

  • Taxation & Wealth Planning – Sean R. Kenney (Co-Chair) and Adam M. Grenker (Co-Chair) join Gregory Novotny (Co-Chair)

Practice Group Chairs:

  • Aviation – Morgan W. Campbell (Co-Chair) joins Mark A. Dombroff (Co-Chair) and Diane Westwood Wilson (Co-Chair)
  • Intellectual Property Litigation - Wanda French-Brown (Co-Chair) and Adam Wolek (Co-Chair) join Jeff Schwartz (Co-Chair)

“Our office, department and practice group leaders play a pivotal role in strategizing and implementing firm initiatives to drive results both geographically and nationally,” said Firmwide Managing Partner Todd A. Rodriguez.

Ending their terms as Office Managing Partners are Christopher I. Clark (Dallas), Joseph A. DeMaria (Miami), John J. Haggerty (Warrington) and Sidney S. Liebesman (Wilmington).

Kenney and Grenker succeed William Bennett Cooper III as Co-Chairs of the Taxation & Wealth Planning Department.

Rodriguez noted that the changes are part of a standard leadership rotation.

“Our outgoing team has performed exceptionally in their respective roles, ensuring that our lawyers continue to provide the highest level of service to our clients. We thank them for their service as they pass the leadership baton,” said Rodriguez.
